1. One regular registration is within 5 Pages including all figures, tables, and references. Extra pages will be charged.
2. One regular registration with one or more additional papers get only ONE proceedings.
3. At least one author for each accepted final paper must register for paper publication.
4. Students must provide proof of their status by e-mailing suitable document to the conference secretariat.
5. The registration will be confirmed via aiat_info@robotics.ac.cn when your registration materials well received.
As Author, you can publish the manuscript and deliver a presentation on AIAT 2025, orally or poster presentation. You must submit full-length manuscript for review before the submission deadline and register when you receive the acceptance letter. The detailed register procedure could be found in the acceptance letter.
Author registration fee includes: paper publication, 15 minutes presentation time, access to whole sessions, Conference materials, lunch, conference package (all conference tracks, morning, and afternoon tea, lunch and dinner), etc.
As Presenter, you can deliver a presentation on AIAT 2025, orally or poster presentation, but the presented manuscript WILL NOT be published. You must submit abstract for review before the submission deadline and register when you receive the acceptance letter. The detailed register procedure could be found in the acceptance letter.

Delegate registration:
1. Please fill the information and complete the payment via Online Payment System.
2. Please email Payment Order ID & Payment Email to aiat_info@robotics.ac.cn and wait for the secretary‘s confirmation.
If the participants request cancellation and refund due to personal reasons, the following refund policy applies.
* 60 days ahead of the conference: 70% of payment refund
* 30-60 days ahead of the conference: 50% of payment refund
* Within 30 days ahead of the conference: no refund
Cancellation and refund request must be made formally via email. No shows will not be refunded. The organizing committee is not responsible for problems beyond our control, such as weather conditions, campus conditions, travel difficulties, visa problems, etc.
* The organizing committees reserves the right to change the dates and place of the conference due to force majeure.
* Losses thus incurred from the force majeure events shall not be liable and refunds policy shall not apply as well.
